Kevin has over thirty-five years’ experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, strategy development, business valuation, revenue generation and complex client relationship management.
Kevin began his career at Coopers Lybrand Consulting (PWC) as a partner assisting Fortune 500 companies improve their performance, providing due diligence analysis for mergers and divestitures and assisting in post-merger integration.
Following Coopers Lybrand, Kevin joined AT Kearney (Kearney), as a partner where he co-led the Mid-Atlantic and New England regions.

After Kearney, Kevin served as CEO of Concept5 Technologies (ABS Capital portfolio company) and CEO of Headstrong (Welsh Carson Anderson & Stowe portfolio company). In both companies Kevin led multiple acquisition initiatives.

Kevin began working exclusively on sell-side Business Brokerage, Mergers and Acquisitions and Business Valuations in 2008 focusing on lower middle market businesses ranging from $3-50 million in revenue. Since that time, his practice has continually grown, adding adjacent M&A services and resources to provide clients with seamless and full-service business brokerage experience focusing on all aspects of business transition, operations, and valuation.

Kevin holds an MBA in Finance from Fordham University.
